| An enchantress was most displeased by the way her children kept gobbling sweets between their meals. To dissuade them from such gluttony, she doctored a supply of candy with magic -- and placed it in her pantry. When her children discovered it during their surreptitious prowling, and started stuffing it in their mouths, they received a rather nasty surprise -- for each piece exploded in a tiny fireball. However, though this trick did put an end to their snacking, it didn't keep them out of mischief. For they took to pelting other boys and girls with the sugary incendiaries. | |
