Forged with the iron harvested from an ancient meteor strike, these swords never need to be sharpened. Additionally, their unusual metal makes them about twice as heavy as other swords, making overhead blows particularly devastating.
Sometimes, the best defense also contains some great offense.

Designed for those soldiers who have to hold the line on the battlefield, this breastplate's heavy armor will turn aside most blades and absorb even the heaviest hammer blows.
A happy accident of design, these gloves were originally crafted to just provide more armor for the wearer's fingers, but the extra steel means Shield Bearers pack a nasty punch when they have to.
This armor makes it much easier for a Shield Bearer to stand his or her ground when facing down the onrushing hordes. Although running with these on is no easy task, stabbing through them with a sword is even more difficult.
These boots' armor, though excellent, is not the most praiseworthy thing about them. Instead, it's the extremely well-designed insoles and padding all over the inside. As a result, even the most arduous march can be made with a minimal amount of discomfort.

Though it's not the fastest beast on the battlefield, the war armadillo's natural armor plating and claws make it the perfect mount for any Shield Bearer on the go.
